The Solution: Flavormanís Product Development Specialist worked closely with wineries throughout North America to develop a clean tasting and colorless apple wine.
We then conducted several trial and error pilot runs using various filtration methods on the apple wine we found. After the wine was filtered and approved by our client we created a flavor profile to compliment the new wine. We performed various taste panels to ensure the apple wine in the finished product tasted similar to the customerís existing product. After the flavor was finalized, we oversaw a large scale production of apple wine base to be used in the finished beverage. Finally our Production Director attended the clientís full scale production to make sure everything ran smoothly. The customer is very happy that we were able to work with wineries and co-packers on their behalf and improve their existing product!
