A foreign company approached Flavorman to develop a line of healthful drinks based on the region’s pure water. The client had researched ingredients it wanted to combine with the water for health benefits and marketing purposes.
Flavorman met the complexities head-on:
- Multi-lingual, collaborative product development across two continents
- Several new products due to launch simultaneously in multiple countries
- The client’s desire to use a new delivery system new to their continent (which led to new formulations) and
- A short lead time.
We assigned one of our Hispanic lab specialists to the project. Her bi-lingual and technical skills were critical to the success. With a great deal of lab work, communications, internationally couriered samples and two intense client visits to Flavorman, we constructed formulations workable for the new delivery system. They also met the project’s marketing goals.
